Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Agreement

This Agreement is concluded between LibanPay, an online service provider for digital currency exchange, and the Customer utilizing our services. These terms are a public offer effective immediately upon application submission.

2. Service Scope

LibanPay undertakes digital currency exchange services upon receiving a Customer's application, charging an applicable commission. Digital currency will be exchanged at rates specified by the Customer, and funds transferred according to Customer instructions.

3. Transaction Terms

• Discrepancies in amounts received exceeding 10% lead to agreement termination with funds returned minus transfer fees
• Customers may request termination and refund if digital currency is not dispatched within 24 hours
• LibanPay holds no liability for transfer delays due to payment system errors
• Transactions involving fraud or interference will be suspended and recalculated

4. Warranty & Liability

LibanPay provides a 24-hour warranty post-exchange unless otherwise stated. Unforeseen events excusing delays suspend obligations. LibanPay is not liable for losses from incorrect Customer-provided transaction details.

LibanPay reserves the right to decline any agreement or application without providing justification.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

LibanPay safeguards user information collected during transactions and verification processes:

• Personal and financial data is encrypted and securely stored
• Information is used solely for transaction processing and compliance
• Data may be shared with authorities, payment administrators, or fraud victims upon request
• User confidentiality is maintained unless disclosure is mandated by law

6. User Obligations

Customers must:

• Comply with laws and not disrupt LibanPay's operations
• Provide accurate transaction information and identification when requested
• Not use services for illegal or fraudulent purposes - violators face criminal liability
• Acknowledge LibanPay's limited liability beyond stipulated terms

7. Verification Requirements

Customers must provide identification documents if suspected of fraud or money laundering. Transfers from certain regions may be delayed pending full verification, with funds remaining fully secured by LibanPay.

8. Dispute Resolution

Claims should be clearly detailed and submitted via email to LibanPay. Issues beyond our control will result in fund returns within 24 hours, minus applicable commissions.

9. Policy Updates

LibanPay reserves the right to update these terms to comply with evolving regulatory requirements. Users will be informed of significant policy changes.
